Who is covered

The original purchaser, when the product was bought from WorCraft USA or an authorized WorCraft USA dealer. Proof of purchase is required. This warranty is not transferable and does not apply to products bought from unauthorized sellers, grey-market importers, or third-party marketplace resellers.

Commercial use is covered

Using a WorCraft tool to make a living does not void this warranty. Daily use in a fabrication shop, on a jobsite, or in an installation crew's truck is exactly what these tools are built for and exactly what this warranty covers.

Rental-fleet and tool-library use is not covered.

What is covered

Defects in materials and workmanship under normal professional use, including motors, switches, gearboxes, electronics, battery cells and battery management systems, and housings.

What is not covered

  • Normal wear items — carbon brushes, chucks, collets, base plates, drive belts, seals, bearings that have reached end of service life, and battery capacity loss consistent with normal cycling (see below).
  • Consumables — blades, discs, abrasives, sanding pads, nails and staples, sprayer tips and filters.
  • Damage from abuse or misuse — dropping, crushing, forcing the tool beyond its rated capacity, running a tool past thermal shutdown, or continuing to use a tool after a fault is evident.
  • Disassembly or repair by anyone other than WorCraft USA or an authorized service center. Opening a tool or battery pack voids coverage on that unit.
  • Use of non-WorCraft batteries, chargers, or battery adapters.
  • Water, slurry, and dust ingress beyond the tool's rated IP protection.
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect function.
  • Freight damage, which is handled through our shipping claims process, not this warranty. Report visible shipping damage within 5 business days of delivery.

Battery capacity

Lithium-ion cells lose capacity with use. A battery that has lost more than [50]% of its rated capacity within the warranty period, under normal charge cycling, is considered defective and will be replaced. Gradual capacity loss below that threshold is normal and is not a defect.

How to make a warranty claim

  1. Email sales@worcraftusa.com with your order number or proof of purchase, the model number, the serial number, and a description of the fault. Photos or a short video help and often speed up the decision.
  2. We respond within 1–2 business days with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the tool to us. Customer to print label.
  4. We inspect and resolve within 30 business days of receipt. At our option we will repair the product, replace it, or refund the purchase price.
  5. We return the repaired or replacement unit at our expense.

Replacement products carry the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer.

Product registration

Registration is not required for warranty coverage. Please retain your purchase receipt.
