Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.

Standard shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guideline and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

International Shipping — Canada

We ship to Canada using available international carriers, including USPS and DHL Express. Available shipping methods and rates are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary by service and destination. Estimated delivery to Canada typically ranges from 3–13 business days after the order is placed, depending on processing time, destination, carrier service, and customs processing.

Please note: Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and are the responsibility of the customer. Worcraft USA is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing or for any duties and fees assessed at the border.
